Founder Deri Reed built his reputation with his first business "Ethical Chef" which traded at Glastonbury Music Festival winning "The Green Traders Award." in 2014. Deri also won "Best Street Food" from The Wales Food Awards in 2016 before deciding it was time to secure a permanent location in his hometown of Carmarthen. The Warren, now holder of the Gold Award for Carmarthenshire's most exciting new business of 2018 from The Carmarthenshire Tourist Association. Deri wants the menu to be able to incorporate as much of his homegrown produce as possible alongside supporting other local producers in the area.
