I am Deri Reed, award winning Welsh chef behind The Warren, voted "Best New Local Restaurant in Wales 2019" from The Good Food Guide. I am also the proud winner of Chef of the Year from The Sustainable Restaurant Association and delighted that The Warren was runners-up for Best Ethical Food Project at the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2019.

    Café Paridiso is well known internationally as a groundbreaking vegetarian experience. Working there gave me the opportunity to learn about cooking restaurant style, high-end vegetarian food

  • Hugh Fearnley

    Working with Hugh at River Cottage was a once in a lifetime experience, I learnt so much about growing produce, creating recipes and running a restaurant

  • Ethical Chef

    I started cooking at local markets and had a stall at Riverside market in Cardiff. It was hard work but I met so many amazing people doing this and it confirmed my love of being a chef!

  • Glastonbury

    Who doesn’t dream of playing Glastonbury? I got to experience it when the Ethical Chef brought our menu to the masses and we sold out over the four day event!
